    The General Data Protection Regulation (2018)

The new GDPR law came into force on 25th May 2018, and many companies are required to obtain consent to hold information specific to the general public’s personal details.

CENSolutions are not required to comply with the regulation as we deal on a business to business relationship and subsequently we do not hold personal information.

Examples of the information we hold for our clients would be postal address, email address, telephone numbers and bank account details.

Other information relates to quality manuals, copies of audits and any testing that that may have been conducted. These are saved for our use to ensure our clients ongoing compliance with each relevant Harmonised European Standards and PAS schemes, as part of our working relationship. Also, with the added advantage of providing back-ups should you lose the original electronic documents.

Our clients details and any other documents relating to our business relationships will not be released to any third parties and the electronic files are required purely for the use of CENSolutions Ltd when providing consultancy and testing with our clients

We have installed antivirus and other software within our Office 365 Microsoft Outlook Email system to ensure that spam and malicious programs are eliminated or greatly reduced to protect any correspondence between ourselves & our clients being compromised.

Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
